You don’t have to figure that out before reaching out! That’s part of what our discovery call is for. We’ll talk about what’s taking up your time, what you’d love to hand off, and how much support you realistically need. From there, I can recommend the option that makes the most sense for your business—without pushing you into more support than you actually need.

Not at all! While I especially love the creative and wedding world, The Joyner Studio isn’t limited to one industry. If you’re a business owner who needs reliable administrative support and we feel like a good fit, I’d love to chat about what working together could look like.

I love working with small business owners and entrepreneurs who are ready for a little more breathing room in their business. Whether you’re a photographer, realtor, wedding professional, boutique owner, coach, creative, or another service-based business owner, if the behind-the-scenes work is starting to take over your day, there’s a good chance I can help.

What exactly is a virtual assistant?

Think of a virtual assistant as your behind-the-scenes support person! I help take care of the administrative and day-to-day tasks that are necessary to keep your business running but don’t necessarily need you to do them. Instead of spending your day buried in emails, scheduling, organization, and follow-ups, you can hand those things off to me and have more time for the parts of your business that actually need you.

What if none of your packages fit exactly what I need?

That’s completely okay. The packages are a starting point, not a box. We can tailor your support around your priorities, or explore a Studio Reset if you only need help with a specific project.

I’ve never hired a VA before. Is that okay?

Absolutely! You don’t need to have perfectly organized systems or even know exactly what you should delegate before reaching out. We can figure that out together. Part of my job is helping make getting support feel easier—not giving you another thing to stress about.
